Cancellation Policy

At Minks Eyelash Artistry, we take our appointment policy seriously to ensure that we can provide the best service to all our clients. Please review our policy below:

• Minks Eyelash Artistry reserves the right to enforce a Cancellation/NoCall/No-show/Payment dispute policy.
• Violators of this policy may be asked to pre-pay a $25 deposit to reserve time for their next appointment. This deposit will be added to your total, provided that you show up to your reserved appointment.
• In the event of a Cancelation/NoCall/NoShow, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be required to make a second deposit before rescheduling.
• Payment disputes, for any reason, will be billed, along with any bank charges that may incur.
• You may be asked to PAY IN FULL before scheduling your next service.
• All outstanding debt must be paid before scheduling.
